Advertising materials must be camera-ready copy, and must be submitted digitally in tiff, encapsulated postscript (.eps), or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. A laser copy of the finished ad must accompany the submission. Please include all fonts on disk (Zip 250MB or CD only, please). Files compatible with Adobe InDesign CS, Adobe Photoshop CS, and Adobe Illustrator CS are accepted.

Advertising copy is due four weeks prior to the issue date. Issue dates are the 1st of January, March, May, July, September, and November. The publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel for any reason at any time any advertising that does not conform to the editorial or graphic standards of the publication.
