The guidelines for submitting an article to CJI are simple:
- Contributions from 1,500 - 2,500 words (approximately 10 pages maximum)
- Double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12-point
- APA style of citation (click here for free crib sheet on APA style)
- Brief author bio and mailing address (do not embed author bio in footnotes)
- One copy submitted electronically to

- Topics may focus on the United States or the international community. Keep in mind that the international audience is interested in what is happening in the U.S.
